Rules for deposits, session cancellations, and refunds on coaching and succession consultations with Panel Cove Point Consulting Co., Ltd.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on the consultation type, how much preparation or session time has already occurred, and the notice you give. This policy covers advisory and coaching work described on this site. It does not cover products, physical goods, or software subscriptions because we do not sell them.
Deposits for quoted engagements
Succession planning and multi-month readiness packages typically require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel in writing at least 10 business days before the first scheduled working session and no substantive preparation documents have been delivered.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after preparation has begun but before the midpoint of a quoted engagement, we may refund the unused portion of fees after deducting preparation time already incurred, documented at our standard advisory rate. After the midpoint, fees for completed phases are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions and packages
Individual coaching sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows, are charged as delivered. Unused sessions in a prepaid package remain valid for six months from purchase; unused sessions after that period are non-refundable.
Facilitation days
Half-day and full-day facilitation cancelled fewer than five business days before the event are non-refundable unless we can rebook the slot with another client, in which case a partial refund minus preparation costs may apply.
Work already started
Interviews conducted, agendas drafted, and notes delivered count as started work. Those portions are not refundable even if later sessions are cancelled.
Rescheduling
We allow reasonable rescheduling when both parties agree in writing. Repeated short-notice changes may be treated as cancellations under the rules above.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@panel-covepoint.click with your name, engagement dates, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Thai law.
