How we work

A clear sequence for ownership and leadership conversations

Business owners rarely need another vague workshop. They need a visible path from the first call to decisions that counsel and family can act on.

Advisor preparing an engagement agenda

What this page covers

This is the rhythm we use for succession planning engagements and longer coaching series. Shorter facilitation days follow the same preparation habits with a tighter agenda.

  1. Discovery call. We clarify whether you need a roadmap, coaching, successor readiness, or facilitation—and whether timing is realistic.
  2. Fact-finding. Ownership structure, key roles, customer concentration, and the people you already have in mind for future leadership.
  3. Working sessions. Options are tested aloud: sale, family transfer, partner buyout, or a staged management handoff while equity stays put.
  4. Written close. You receive a roadmap or session notes with decision points, open questions for counsel, and agreed next steps.
  5. Optional follow-through. Coaching or readiness work can continue once the ownership path is clear.

Where sessions take place

Most owners meet at our Nonthaburi office or at their premises in Greater Bangkok. Remote sessions are available when travel is impractical. Facilitation for partners is almost always held on-site so the room feels like their business, not ours.

What we ask you to bring

  • A simple ownership sketch (even if informal)
  • Names of people you consider for future leadership
  • Any hard dates already in play—retirement, lease renewals, partner agreements
